Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with project managers and integrated management teams to implement HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes
- Maintain accurate records of safety activities, inspections, and training
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills
Kualifikasi
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site safety supervision
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and assess potential safety hazards
- Experience conducting safety training and toolbox talks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
