Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce strict compliance with OSH regulations and Sunway Construction’s internal safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and deliver site-specific safety inductions for new workers and sub-contractors.
- Investigate all site incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor the maintenance and proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) across all work zones.
- Liaise with DOSH officers and internal stakeholders during routine site assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly safety performance reports for site management review.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification registered with DOSH (JKKP).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of site experience in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Factories and Machinery Act (FMA 1967).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to manage site teams effectively.
- Proven ability to remain composed and take charge during emergency situations.
- Physical capability to navigate active construction sites and perform rigorous inspections.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel within Selangor.
