Heritage Fire Protection Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to join our project team in Puncak Alam. This is a critical 7-8 month contract role focused on overseeing safety operations for a high-profile Data Center construction project. We are looking for a professional who can lead site safety initiatives, ensure absolute regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture among all stakeholders.
As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for identifying potential hazards and implementing preventative measures to ensure a zero-accident environment. If you have a strong background in mechanical and electrical (M&E) safety or fire protection systems within a construction setting, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure all workers adhere to established safety protocols.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings to communicate project-specific hazards.
- Maintain and update all safety-related documentation, including JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and HIRARC.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other relevant local regulations.
- Monitor and supervise the installation of fire protection systems to ensure work is performed safely at heights or in confined spaces.
- Act as the primary point of contact for safety audits and site visits from regulatory bodies or clients.
- Investigate any site incidents or near-misses and prepare detailed reports with corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure safety requirements are integrated into the construction schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with a valid Yellow Book from DOSH/JKKP.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site safety supervision.
- Prior experience working on Data Center or large-scale industrial projects is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems and mechanical/electrical safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership abilities and the confidence to stop work if unsafe conditions are identified.
- Willingness to commit to a 7-8 month contract duration in Puncak Alam.
- Valid CIDB Green Card is mandatory.
