Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with DOSH regulations.
- Coordinate with OSH-Coordinator teams to maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and documentation.
- Facilitate daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions to minimize reoccurrence.
- Ensure that all heavy machinery, equipment, and PPE meet legal and company safety standards.
- Liaise with external authorities, including DOSH and NIOSH, regarding safety inspections and compliance audits.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certificate registered with DOSH (JKKP).
- Additional certification as an OSH-Coordinator is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in site safety supervision within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively influence site workers and management.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting software.
