CCIE Engineering, a leading player in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced and certified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to strengthen our safety team in Kulim, Kedah. This role is critical to ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with Malaysian occupational safety and health regulations. As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will be the guardian of our workforce, driving a culture of safety awareness and prevention.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. You will develop and implement safety procedures, deliver engaging training sessions, and ensure that all personnel adhere to the highest safety standards. Your expertise will help minimize risks, prevent accidents, and support our project teams in meeting all safety requirements.
We are looking for someone who holds a valid Malaysian Site Safety Supervisor "Yellow Book" and has a proven track record in construction safety. You should be detail-oriented, excellent in communication, and dedicated to making every worksite incident-free. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSH regulations.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions, including toolbox talks and emergency drills.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and update safety documentation, including permits, logs, and records.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to integrate safety into all work activities.
- Ensure all workers wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety protocols.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure site compliance with local laws.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian Site Safety Supervisor "Yellow Book" (official qualification) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site safety supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act and regulations.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to safety excellence.
- Willingness to work full-time on site in Kulim, Kedah.
