Samaiden Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in the Tangkak and Teluk Intan regions. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the requirements of the HSE Management System to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all personnel.
In this role, you will lead site safety initiatives by conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. You will also be tasked with investigating incidents, enforcing safety protocols, and delivering essential safety training to site workers. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and oversee the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System on-site.
- Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and other relevant local safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, including incident reports, risk assessments, and permit documentation.
- Enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety procedures at all times.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies during safety inspections and audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Valid SSMP (Site Safety Supervisor Course) or equivalent professional safety certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a construction site safety or HSE role.
- Strong knowledge of construction site hazards, risk assessment techniques, and safety legislation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
