SNJ Engineering and Construction Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly qualified Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book Certified) to join our team for the exciting Linggi water project. This is a temporary contract position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of safety compliance and leading a proactive safety culture across the site.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Lead and coordinate regular toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings with all site personnel.
- Monitor and enforce the proper usage and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on-site.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and hazardous conditions to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and submit detailed safety reports, incident investigation reports, and daily logs.
- Ensure all construction activities are conducted in a safe, healthy, and environmentally sound manner.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to develop and implement effective safety plans.
Kualifikasi
- Mandatory: Valid Yellow Book (OSHA) Certification.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Site Safety Supervisor role within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to varying site conditions.
- Valid First Aid Certificate is considered an added advantage.
