Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessments across construction zones
- Manage and maintain the Yellow Book (Safety File) ensuring compliance with DOSH regulations
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures
- Train and supervise workers on safety protocols, PPE usage, and risk mitigation
- Investigate accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers to integrate safety into all construction phases
- Prepare safety reports and documentation for regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Certified Yellow Book Holder (DOSH Safety Officer certification)
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety supervision
- Thorough knowledge of Malaysia's OSHA (DOSH) regulations
- Strong communication skills for training diverse workforces
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with construction site risk assessment methodologies
