Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive structural assessments of telecommunication towers and supporting infrastructure
- Conduct engineering reviews to identify structural deficiencies and compliance gaps
- Perform detailed compliance audits against national and international engineering standards
- Prepare technical documentation including audit reports, risk assessments, and remediation plans
- Collaborate with civil engineers to implement structural reinforcement solutions
- Monitor industry developments in structural engineering and regulatory updates
- Ensure all audits meet project timelines and quality requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural auditing or tower engineering
- Professional certification in structural engineering (e.g., S.E., P.E.) preferred
- Proficiency in engineering analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro)
- Deep understanding of telecommunication infrastructure standards (e.g., TIA/EIA-222)
- Experience with Indonesian building codes and safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
