Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Manage subcontractors and labor teams while maintaining productivity standards
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
- Control material inventory and resource allocation on-site
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all project phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in construction
- Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical specifications
- Certifications in OSHA and/or PMP preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
