Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily installation activities on construction sites to ensure adherence to Daikin quality standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site engineers to ensure timely completion of HVAC project milestones.
- Perform on-site technical troubleshooting and provide expert guidance on equipment installation.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols at all project locations.
- Conduct thorough testing, commissioning, and handover processes for new HVAC system installations.
- Maintain detailed site reports, progress logs, and documentation for project management review.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex design or integration challenges in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Proven experience (min. 2-3 years) in HVAC site supervision or technical field service roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF technology, chillers, and split systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure on construction sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and contractor performance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical/electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
- Ability to work independently and travel to various project sites within the Sulawesi region as required.
