Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Lead and motivate construction crews to achieve project targets and maintain productivity standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies across all project phases
- Monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and material usage to meet specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and delays
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress documentation, and site records
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management roles
- Diploma or certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building regulations, safety standards, and construction practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as required
