Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities and workflows.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, site protocols, and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to meet project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to management immediately.
- Manage site materials, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, daily logs, and inspection reports.
- Foster a positive and safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a construction or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
