In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will serve as the vital link between our project managers and the on-site teams, ensuring that timelines are strictly followed, resources are utilized effectively, and all regulatory compliance requirements are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all daily on-site construction activities and operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and project specifications at all times.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and report any delays or issues immediately to management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve technical challenges and design changes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, material standards, and compliance.
- Manage and supervise site staff, including laborers and technicians, providing clear instructions.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, material lists, and site logs to the project manager.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Site Supervisor role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations in Malaysia.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Valid Passport and willingness to travel to various project sites in Selangor.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) is a strong advantage.
