We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our upcoming major project at our second poultry farm in Teluk Intan, Perak. Hock Soon Poultry Farm Sdn Bhd is expanding, and we need a dedicated professional to ensure our construction and operational goals are met efficiently and safely.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be the face of our project on the ground. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between management and the workforce. You will oversee the planning and execution of construction activities, ensuring that all work is performed according to blueprints and quality standards. We are looking for someone with a strong background in construction supervision who can handle the pressures of a large-scale project while maintaining a focus on safety and productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct daily construction activities on the poultry farm site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols and health regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, material requests, and budget updates to management.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Manage site logistics, including storage of materials and equipment handling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards (OSHA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Site Supervisor License or relevant construction certifications.
- Willingness to travel and work in Teluk Intan, Perak.
