Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site workers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
- Monitor material usage and equipment maintenance to minimize wastage and downtime.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports to project management.
- Address and resolve on-site technical issues or conflicts promptly to prevent project delays.
- Ensure that all construction work meets local building regulations and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or a similar construction management role.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, blueprints, and project planning.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction reporting software.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on-site in various locations across Kuala Lumpur as required.
