Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure all work aligns with project plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, delays, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain hazard-free environments
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards
- Manage on-site personnel, including task assignments and performance guidance
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts promptly to prevent project delays
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA, CIDB) preferred
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and precision
- Willingness to work flexible hours in outdoor environments
