We are currently seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Miri, Sarawak. As the Site Supervisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, bridging the gap between the project management team and the workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify defects promptly.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve site-related issues.
- Manage site logistics, including the storage, issuance, and accountability of construction materials and equipment.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, timesheets, and material requisitions to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation as required by company policies and regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
- Valid PSDC (Public Works Department Contractors Accreditation) license is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Bluebeam).
