Join Lewe Engineering Pte Ltd as a Site Supervisor and lead construction projects to successful completion. - Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Monitor project progress against timeline and budget constraints
- Coordinate subcontractors and resolve on-site technical issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in site supervision role
- Valid Site Safety Supervisor Certification (SSS/SSO)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations (BCA requirements)
- Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ construction personnel
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera)
- Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities
