Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OHS compliance
- Monitor project progress against schedules and quality benchmarks
- Manage material inventory and resource allocation efficiently
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project delays proactively
- Prepare daily progress reports and documentation
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for seamless execution
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, DOSH)
- Proven track record in project timeline management
- Certification in construction safety management preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in outdoor environments
