R&F Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. In this key role, you will oversee daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We are looking for a leader who can manage site personnel, coordinate with various stakeholders, and enforce strict safety regulations on-site. As a Site Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the project management team and the workforce on the ground. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and resolving on-site issues promptly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily construction activities and site operations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and site protocols.
- Supervise, train, and lead on-site construction workers and laborers to maintain productivity.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports, progress updates, and material requisitions.
- Manage site logistics, including temporary facilities, site clearance, and equipment.
- Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar Site Supervisor role.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) in Construction is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and implement blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices in Malaysia.
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
