Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plumbing and sanitary installation activities at construction sites
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Implement safety protocols and enforce compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and budget adherence
- Resolve on-site technical issues and maintain accurate project documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections and team performance evaluations

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/plumbing industry
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, sanitary installations, and building codes
- Certification in OSHA safety protocols or equivalent construction safety training
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
