Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project momentum
- Implement safety protocols and enforce compliance with local regulations
- Monitor resource allocation and optimize labor/material efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
- Ensure proper installation of architectural finishes and structural elements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Supervisor in high-end construction
- Proven expertise in residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
