Gurori is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction and development projects in Genting Highlands. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that every project is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency, serving as the bridge between the management team and the on-site workforce.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage site operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all building standards are met. If you have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for construction management, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring work proceeds according to the project schedule and blueprint specifications.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and quality control standards on site.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project flow.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment, and manage logistics to prevent project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, budget utilization, and any on-site incidents.
- Supervise and mentor site staff, including laborers and technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and environmental regulations in Pahang.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Valid Site Supervision License (SSMP) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
