We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join the team at PT Mitra Agung Abadi. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing the continuity and success of ongoing construction projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that all operations are executed according to financial budgets, strict timelines, and comprehensive planning.
In this position, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between management strategies and on-ground execution. Your expertise will ensure that construction activities proceed smoothly, safety standards are strictly adhered to, and the highest quality of work is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor Project Progress: Oversee daily construction activities and monitor work progress to ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables.
- Financial Oversight: Track project expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation throughout the construction phase.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to meet deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect workmanship and materials regularly to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols (OHS) on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Team Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes; proficiency in reading blueprints and using MS Project.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse on-site teams.
- License: Valid IMB (Building Permit) license or similar professional certification is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
