- Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality meets specifications and standards
- Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency
- Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement corrective actions when project deviations occur and ensure timely resolution
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar site supervision role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
