Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily construction activities and site operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site protocols to minimize risks.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets to identify and mitigate delays.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high construction standards.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and logistical challenges promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate (SSC) or recognized trade qualification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Malaysian passport or willingness to relocate.
