- Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones
- Manage site resources including personnel, materials, and equipment allocation
- Enforce strict quality control standards and safety regulations at all times
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams for seamless operations
- Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports to project stakeholders
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Proven ability to manage budgets and track project expenses
- Certification in OSHA or equivalent safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
