In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-rise projects, ensuring that every phase of construction meets strict standards of quality, safety, and on-site excellence. As a Site Supervisor, you will be the face of our operations on-site. You will be responsible for managing daily workflows, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work complies with building codes and safety regulations. You will also be expected to manage resources effectively and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily construction activities and on-site operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, site protocols, and quality control measures.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports and documentation for management review.
- Mentor and supervise on-site staff to foster a productive and safe working environment.
- Resolve operational challenges and technical issues as they arise on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, with a focus on high-rise projects.
- Valid Certificates in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA/NEBOSH) are highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office applications.
