Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure project alignment with blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain optimal productivity
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to prevent accidents
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for stakeholders
- Manage inventory and materials to prevent waste and ensure timely availability
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with engineers/architects
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of site supervision experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills in managing diverse teams and subcontractors
- Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications accurately
- Certification in construction safety (OSHA/SNI) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
