Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, blueprints, and timelines.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a zero-incident workplace environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and government officials to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage and supervise site staff, including laborers and technicians, to optimize productivity and maintain high morale.
- Prepare daily progress reports, manage site documentation, and handle site logistics and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate or relevant professional accreditation is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and construction schedules.
