Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Supervise and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Monitor site safety protocols and enforce compliance with OSHA/MOH regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Manage inventory and resources to optimize operational efficiency
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholder communications
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Certification in OSHA/ISOH safety protocols is advantageous
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
- Valid construction safety training certification
