Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate plumbing installation teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Monitor progress of cold water and sanitary plumbing systems installation
- Manage resources, materials, and equipment to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain incident-free work environments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Site Supervisor in plumbing/construction
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Certification in OSHA/ISOH safety standards preferred
- Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Valid Malaysian work permit and clean driving license
