Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA-compliant procedures on-site
- Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Manage material inventory, equipment allocation, and labor resources for optimal efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for project management
- Train and supervise site personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and contractual requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision with large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera)
- Certification in construction safety (SMK3) or equivalent mandatory
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
