We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Setia Indah, Johor. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations, ensuring that our pipeline projects are executed with precision, safety, and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to management, comfortable working directly on-site to coordinate daily activities and resolve operational bottlenecks. You will act as the primary liaison between project management and the on-ground workforce, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the project timeline and strict quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor and enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA/DOSH) to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure efficient manpower allocation and resource management.
- Inspect work quality throughout the construction phases to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and standards.
- Maintain accurate daily site logs and progress reports for management review.
- Troubleshoot site-specific issues and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize project delays.
- Manage inventory of site materials and ensure equipment is maintained and utilized correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or a related role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project schedules.
- Strong knowledge of site safety regulations and construction best practices in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage onsite teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based environment.
- Possession of a valid site safety certification (e.g., Green Card/CIDB) is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying site conditions.
