Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations to ensure project milestones are met
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA/SMK3 standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel for optimal workflow
- Monitor quality control measures and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory, equipment, and material resources efficiently
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders
- Resolve on-site conflicts and troubleshoot operational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of site supervision experience in construction
- Valid certification in construction safety (OSHA/SMK3 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Experience with construction management software (AutoCAD, Procore)
