Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise skilled construction teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Implement strict safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections
- Coordinate daily operations including material allocation and equipment management
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management with actionable insights
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and quality standards
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of site supervisory experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and project specifications
- Certification in First Aid and OHS compliance is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
