Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute daily operational activities in alignment with project timelines
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety protocols to ensure compliance
- Coordinate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) for optimal efficiency
- Generate regular progress reports and maintain documentation
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions
- Enforce adherence to engineering specifications and environmental standards
- Liaise with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Valid certification in construction safety (SMK3 preferred)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
