Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily on-site operations and installation activities to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, NEA guidelines, and KONE quality standards across all site activities.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians and engineers to maximize productivity and safety.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards before they occur.
- Coordinate with project managers and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
- Resolve technical issues on-site efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or elevator installation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or Singapore Citizenship.
- In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and during emergencies.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and project management software.
