Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Inspect construction sites to identify and resolve any issues or delays
- Manage inventory of construction materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a site supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Certification in construction safety management is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
