Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Manage and mentor on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers
- Implement strict safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for seamless execution
- Monitor material inventory, quality control, and resource allocation
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain client communication
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Certification in OSHA or equivalent safety standards preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
