As a key member of our project management team, you'll coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain hazard-free work environments
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless operations
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain quality control standards
- Manage site staff resources and ensure efficient utilization of equipment
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Certification in construction safety (OSHA/NEBOSH preferred)
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
