Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel, providing clear instructions and monitoring performance.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and engineering specifications.
- Coordinate the delivery and management of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation for project management review.
- Troubleshoot site-related issues and implement effective solutions to minimize project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction blueprints, technical drawings, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to solve problems on-site and make quick, informed decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project reporting software.
- Valid driving license and ability to work on-site in various locations across Penang.
