We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join the dynamic team at Kimlun. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key duties will include receiving and verifying material deliveries, managing on-site inventory, and preparing detailed Site Meeting Reports. You will attend regular coordination meetings to align with project timelines and stakeholders. Safety is our top priority; therefore, you will enforce strict safety regulations and conduct daily site inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment.
As the face of the project on-site, you will coordinate effectively with subcontractors, architects, and engineers. You will monitor construction progress, report any potential delays or issues immediately to management, and provide daily progress updates. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure strict adherence to project schedules and blueprints.
- Manage material delivery, inventory control, and proper storage on-site.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive Site Meeting Reports and attend all necessary coordination meetings.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily site inspections to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project flow.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential delays, and report issues to management immediately.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and Kimlun quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
