Join a well-established construction firm as a Site Supervisor overseeing A1, HDB, and Condominium projects in the Tampines area. You will be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards across all phases of construction. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities on A1, HDB, and Condo project sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Monitor work progress and quality of workmanship across all trade packages
- Manage and motivate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, progress reports, and attendance records
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues
- Control material usage and prevent wastage to optimize project costs
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or equivalent role in construction
- Experience managing A1, HDB, and/or Condominium projects preferred
- Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings
- Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and BCA requirements
- Possess relevant certifications (e.g., WSQ, CITI, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor site environments
- Team player with leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities
