Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is carried out strictly according to architectural plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards, safety protocols, and project progress.
- Manage site staff, including foremen and laborers, to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including daily logs, material usage, and progress updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to Malaysian safety standards and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular progress updates and address any inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Site Supervisor role within the construction industry.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate (SSS) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Building By-Laws and construction safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
