- Oversee all on-site construction activities from structural to architectural stages

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Certification in construction safety management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
