DBD Construction is expanding its operations in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be the bridge between our project management team and the on-site workforce, ensuring that all construction activities adhere to the blueprints and specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure strict adherence to project schedules and blueprints.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and conduct daily toolbox talks to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Monitor work quality and report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager immediately.
- Manage site materials and resources efficiently to prevent waste and ensure timely availability.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers, providing clear instructions and fostering a positive work culture.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and site statistics as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, specifically in Civil & Structural or Industrial Division.
- Valid PSDC (Public Service Department of Malaysia) license or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
