We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Civil) to lead critical infrastructure projects for TNB Grid Projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil works, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely execution. As a Site Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the engineering team and the on-ground workforce. You will ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage civil construction activities at TNB substations and grid sites.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Implement and enforce strict site safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor material usage and manage site resources efficiently.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and rectify issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at the site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably within the utility or construction industry.
- Valid Site Safety Management Plan (SSMP) certification.
- Experience working on TNB or similar power utility projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
