Jasmurni Development is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to join our project team in Sepang. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring our structural and architectural visions are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all work complies with engineering specifications and building regulations. We are looking for an individual with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot onsite challenges effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities for both structural and architectural works on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project management review.
- Ensure all construction works adhere to company quality standards and safety regulations (OSHA/DOSH).
- Identify potential site issues and provide immediate, practical solutions to maintain workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify material quality and workmanship accuracy.
- Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and onsite manpower effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequences, structural steel, and architectural finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage diverse site crews.
- Must be willing to be based on-site in Sepang, Selangor.
